PathPoint is currently seeking a full time Job Coach to join our Employment Services team in Thousand Oaks, CA . Members of our Employment Services team help people with developmental disabilities and disadvantages overcome barriers to employment by placing them in jobs and providing the training and support they need to achieve successful employment. As a Job Coach , you will provide instruction, support, and supervision to adults with mild to moderate disabilities inside and outside the workplace. Our perfect candidate is interested in disability awareness-building, job adaptations, and providing social support. The schedule for this position is Monday-Friday, 8:30am-4:00pm. Paid training, 1st Aid, and CPR certification is provided. What you'll do:
