They help Central Office units implement informational technology solutions in a cost-effective way by determining the requirements for business processes, tasks, reports, and analytical models; evaluating those requirements against current enterprise solutions; translating those requirements with no current enterprise solution in place to technical developers; and communicating progress clearly. Job assignments Serve as the IT subject matter expert for enterprise applications used by each of the Central Offices.
