Data Analyst Associate - (Minneapolis, MN)

The Data Reporting and Analytics (DRA) Associate is an entry level role and works under the direction of more senior DRA teammates to document, design, develop, test and maintain reports, extracts or info sources. The DRA Associate will work in 1 or more DRA disciplines, such as healthcare data analysis, reporting, analytics or data management. Job Expectations: * Partner with analysts, business owners and end users to define business, financial, and operations requirements. * Under supervision translate business requirements into technical solutions. Perform data analysis and develop an understanding of healthcare data. * Define and capture metadata and rules. * Create system design documents, including systems models, specifications, diagrams, and charts. * Perform in-depth tests, including end-user reviews, for changes to the system, and other post-implementation support. * Maintain technical support documentation.
