ParalegalsCandidates will handle client and witness contact, responsibility for files pertaining to case, draft pleadings/discovery; trial preparation, business transactional work, establishing business entities. 5+ years recent Texas law firm background is required. extensive background in Family Law, Estate Planning and Guardianship, or both is desired. E-File background in State and Federal Courts is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft word, TimeSlips, ProDocs and Outlook or comparable software is preferred. Expertise to meet deadlines and multi-task is a must. Expertise to work with multiple attorneys on multiple matters- heavy case load.
