Senior Quality Manager - (Elizabethtown, KY)

SNI Staffing NOW is currently seeking an experienced and effective Senior Quality Manager to join a leading consumer packaged goods company at their production plant located in Kentucky. The ideal candidate will be extremely detailed oriented, along with possessing outstanding communication and organization skills. Management and mediation skills are a must as this role involves coordinating and managing multiple departments, along with strong computer skills and knowledge of food safety, quality, and production. Responsibilities: * Approve staff, equipment and product flow including finished products, raw material, and waste * Certify & approve qualified process and cleaning procedures * Create and manage quality training sessions and quality working instructions * Ensure employee certification on quality qualifications, and define plant hygiene guidelines * Develop the Quality Control Lab and oversee certification of employees * Manage employee certifications including the FSSC 22000
