What will I be doing? As a Marketing Manager Retail you would be responsible for executing your position's responsibilities in alignment with our Spirit of Service culture and driving company success through performing the following tasks to the highest standards: This position will collaborate with off site marketing teams as well as the sales leaders to drive efficiencies and increase revenue for Hilton Grand Vacations. The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and leading site initiatives for the marketing team in achieving targeted sales and service requirements. Responsible for staffing and managing their group of talent, including training, communicating, mentoring and coaching in order for the team to reach max performance. They will be the primary contact for both internal and external customers relating to their area of supervision.
