R+L Global Logistics is seeking a strategic Marketing Manager to join our growing logistics company. The Marketing Manager is focused on the development and execution of brand initiatives. Responsibilities and essential job functions include, but are not limited to the following Lead the marketing team by overseeing all projects and delegating workload to ensure the department is managed efficiently Collaborate with leadership and senior management to understand the organizations vision and to brainstorm new concepts Meet with internal business partners to support the development and execution of marketing programs, campaigns and strategies providing project metrics and status Develop and implement marketing plan(s) in support of organizational strategy and objectives Identify, develop and evaluate marketing characteristics and cost Identify weaknesses in existing marketing campaigns and develop pragmatic solutions within budgetary constraints
