Commercial Real Estate ParalegalThe applicant should have 5+ years of background working in a mid to large law firm on commercial transactions. Assignments include: Assist the real estate attorneys with all aspects of commercial r.e. deals from inception to closing. Order and review of Title and Survey. Assemble documents. Perform and review Lien Searches. Review, update and maintain corporate records. BA/BS required together with a solid work experience. Overtime as needed.
