Real Estate ParalegalDuties: Representing domestic and international clients in real estate, probate, planning and development matters. Responsible for processing real estate transaction files, residential and commercial from initial contract through closing; interacting and coordinating with all parties including real estate agents, lenders, and service providers; drafting of title and other real estate instruments; and supporting firm attorneys in all real estate matters. May also provide support in the creation of business entities (such as corporations and limited liability companies), processing of evictions and other landlord/tenant matters, and drafting of leases.
