Lease Administrator - (Canton, MA)
Responsibilities - To include, but not limited to: Lease Administration Point of contact with all lease vendors Responsible for developing understanding of all lease programs and documents Submission, distribution and tracking of credit applications, decisions and buyouts to sales department and other applicable departments/customers. Main point of contact for lease inquiries Processing equipment billing Preparing and submitting lease funding packages Order Processing Review all paperwork before submitting for delivery coordination All paperwork packages must be completed prior to submission based on ITS guidelines. You will be responsible for communication with sales reps and managers regarding the status of the paperwork Complete, submitted for delivery processing Incomplete / Waiting additional info/corrections Submitted for Delivery Track and follow up on open paperwork items Coordinate out of geography orders Miscellaneous Process State Contract pricing requests
