Director of Franchise Development - (Oklahoma City, OK)

Coolgreens is ready to franchise and we are looking for someone with heavily past background and history of building and/or working along the early stages of previous franchise concepts. This role will change and evolve as we grow as a franchise, and we will hire additional franchise sales associates (either in house or through brokers) to work/communicate with this position. The perfect candidate for Coolgreens will have background and knowledge from building a successful franchise sales model for at least 1 other company. The tasks that need help being developed presently will then need to be executed as we launch franchising. The ideal candidate will have a hand in finalizing/creating these materials, followed by the expertise to execute. Review our sales funnel, lead generation, and marketing strategies and advise and aid as necessary.
