Legal Secretary (IM Equity Funds and Tax Group) - (Boston, MA)

Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, 1 of the world's leading global law firms with almost 4000 lawyers and staff in 30 offices is seeking a Legal Secretary for the IM Equity Funds and Tax Group . This position will reside in the Boston, MA office and will be responsible for secretarial/administrative support to attorneys. Responsibilities: - Strong written/spoken communication expertise, strong people skills, and the expertise to work autonomously and as part of a team is a must. - Advanced proficiency in formatting, proofreading, and editing correspondence and other legal documents is a must. - Prioritizes tasks, pays attention to detail and follows through to ensure deadlines are met - Background with client billing, Filesite or similar document management system, and calendar management is also required. - Candidates who are qualified must possess a high-school diploma and a min of five years of legal secretarial background or the equivalent combination of education and background.
