ODM Architect - (Lansing, MI)

Our direct client is looking for a IBM ODM-BPM Rules-based Architect (BRMS) who can do all stages of the process. Understand business needs and processes, identify solutions, and can write and test code, and can do implementation of applications. Someone who can work with prototypes, meet with BA''s and PM''s and liaison back and forth. Expertise to teach and mentor jr developers. Required skills - Rules Based Java Development ten years or more - IBM ODM - Web Services, SOAP, REST - Financial background wanted but not required - 5-eight years of background wanted - Excellent expertise to manage and self-direct - Expertise to drive projects and tasks to completion - Excellent professional written and verbal communications
