Logistics Team Lead - 2nd Shift (LaGrange, GA) - (Lagrange, GA)

As a Logistics Team Leader at Caterpillar, you will assist the Supervisor/Foreman in coordinating workflow, promoting cooperative team relationships, establishing daily priorities, etc., and you will also be performing various warehousing functions at a warehouse/distribution facility. Position assignments/Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: - Strong customer service skills - Expertise to perform a variety of record keeping and reporting functions - Promoting cooperative team relationships - Expertise to work unaided as well as with a team environment - Previous leadership background - Operating computer terminals to access and update info for receiving, counting, and order processing - Reporting defects and need for repairs on mobile equipment by following safety procedures - Working from a variety of source documents to verify quantities, count parts, fill orders, package parts, etc. - Forest Products background - Superior written and oral communications - Coordinating workflow
