Coach and train coordinators in food safety. Implement food safety training and participate in consumer education. Provide food safety support for a specific district and assist in other districts. Track department sanitation auditing (FSR), food temperature monitoring, and recall management procedures. Serve as a liaison to the regulatory community and local health departments in maintaining and improving overall department sanitation practices. Essential Job Functions: Develop and execute continuous improvement projects to improve the overall food safety performance of division, as measured by the Corporate Measuring Food Safety metrics.
