Estimator - Commercial Construction A Top General Contractor in Wisconsin is seeking an experienced Estimator to add to their team. My client is a very well-known brand with a solid reputation of quality and service. Projects include healthcare, education, retail, industrial, commercial, and cultural. Critical functions for an Estimator: Responsible for the overall estimate completeness/accuracy and control of the project budget. Conceptual and hardbid estimating, quantity take-offs, material and subcontractor pricing to assist with Owner/Architect collaboration Approve project proposals/bid packages prior to presentation Provide leadership and oversight of work with clients in the pursuit of new projects and conceptually prepare rough budgets for repeat clients Requirements for an Estimator: Min of 5 yrs of background with a commercial General Contractor
