Shared services teams are headquartered in Middleton, Wisconsin but have members across the country. Position overview The Director, Global Customer Service and Field Support is responsible for ensuring high-quality and consistent service to our customers ensuring documented service levels are met. This leader is responsible for implementing and maintaining "Best Practice" (ITIL) technology and processes to ensure high customer satisfaction and good technical outcomes. This leader manages a 24/7 support environment for Spectrum Brands global locations and is responsible for the support of our global environment.
