C2BMC Planner Trainer (17-167 ) - Military veterans preferred - (Colorado Springs, CO)

Position duties: The Planner Trainer will be responsible for technical training in a classroom environment for C2 operations and planning process for C2BMC and works as a Subject Matter Expert for training and exercise and test events as needed. Create training materials (computer-based training, instructor guides, operator manuals, assessments.) Interface with National Team functional areas to define and implement training plans and materials. Identify and solve training issues. Prepare plans, internal office communications, briefings and training material. Responsible for representing the Missile Defense National Team and C2BMC to the user community, conducting training in the field, and conducting a train-the-trainer program. Education Required: Bachelor's degree (adult education specialty desired) or equivalent years of background required. Classroom background as a platform instructor and recent background creating / maintaining courseware for online and classroom training.
