We are looking for National Recruiters to bring on ambitious and motivated individuals to work with our company and serve as mentors and/or coaches to the new teammates. Recruiters understand and know all the aspects of the company, positions and training programs. They will talk with and interview potential teammates on a daily basis to determine who is a good fit for our company. Being able to establish a quick rapport and being comfortable talking with individuals daily on the phone will be helpful with this position, but NO background is necessary or required.
