Job title: Desktop Support Technician/ Network Administration Location: Malta, NY Key skills: Manage configuration, deployment and support of sites laptops and desktops Configure, repair and support all printers Provide support for Google gmail accounts. Assist with the administration of a Google MDM and provide configuration and technical support for a variety of mobile communications devices. Support software deployment practices, Ghost, software virtualization, Active Directory Group Policy and other similar technologies. Create and maintain all standard personal computer pictures to ensure compatibility with workplace standards which includes the maintenance of the image library and image server. Preserve the secure integration of client computing devices through the creation of SCCM packages and logon scripts for software distribution and patch management. Responsible for the implementing and updating of all client systems and software applications.
