Field Service Technician - (Casper, WY)

Job overview: The applicant has to provide a broad range of hardware support and related services. Products include DesignJet, OfficeJet, LaserJet, Wide Format and Fast Copy products as well as new products presently in development. The applicant performs installation, repair and relocates various types of printers and related technology on customer sites, within a defined geography. Typical types of reactive, on customer site, service events include, but are not limited to: Configuring hardware, software and simple network components, install, unit repair, and working with escalation personal performing and assisting in technical action plans to remediate print issues. Qualifications: Background with printers High-school diploma or equivalent, plus additional hardware technology training Technical/mechanical hardware repair background. Onsite customer facing background.
