Office Manager- Mobile Unit - (Yakima, WA)

Manages the office responsibilities of the department. Works independently as well as in close collaboration with the Program Director. Performs supervisory, coordinating and support functions for program staff and administrative staff within YVFWC. Ensures effective functioning of clerical support for the department. May act as an Administrative Assistant to the Program Director. Manages a diverse workload to include administrative tasks, ms word processing, making telephone calls, scheduling, assisting with project completion, filing, replying to correspondence, and other similar tasks. Requirements Education: Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field required. AA Degree with 2 years of relevant background or High-school certificate/GED with 4 years of relevant background may be substituted. Background: Min of 5 yrs with complex office responsibilities. Licenses/Certificates/Registration: Current Washington State driver's license and proof of automobile liability insurance coverage.
