The Field Service Engineer will be responsible for superior training, support and service by conducting classes and work sessions, troubleshooting product issues, and responding to product and service inquiries through comprehensive info gathering, great communication expertise and inter-departmental relationships. What Your Day-to-Day Activities Will Be--- Field incoming communications to Technical Service Department via phone, email or fax. Provide internal and external technical product support. Resolve customer technical issues quickly and effectively for assigned products. Troubleshoot customer product malfunctions. Create technical materials in support of products, including technical service manuals, troubleshooting procedures, service bulletins, repair procedures, installation procedures, diagrams, etc.
