Williamsburg office of our client seeks environmental law/superfund partner with 15+ years of regulations background. The applicant will be advising companies of all sizes regarding environmental compliance, defending environmental enforcement actions and civil lawsuits, assisting with environmental due diligence in corporate transactions, and drafting and negotiating environmental contracts. General commercial litigation background is preferred. Should have portable practice.
