Water Mitigation Crew Lead / Insurance Restoration Chief - (Roseville, CA)

Job DescriptionWe are looking for a highly- qualified water mitigation project manager. We are a growing restoration outfit in the Roseville, CA area, and are hiring immediately for this position. It's a great opportunity to get in on the ground floor and be a special part of the team.Duties would include responding to insurance claim emergencies, stabilizing the property, setting equipment, monitoring, doing light demo, getting authorizations, writing estimates, and handling the A to Z process with the customer and adjuster. This is a handle-it-all position, although you would have general laborers to help with demo and basic cleanup duties.Having IICRC certifications is a big plus. But a least a min five years of restoration industry background working directly on losses, at least one year using Xactimate writing scopes, expertise to respond in a 24/7 manner, and solid background interacting with customers and claims adjusters.
