Assistant Property Manager - East Gate Apartments - (Tullahoma, TN)

We are currently seeking an Assistant Community Manager to assist in the daily operations of an Affordable Housing Apartment Community in Tullahoma, TN. The perfect applicant will have extensive HUD Section eight background, Tax Credit background, and previous leasing background. Only applicants with previous working background in affordable housing will be considered. Duties & Responsibilities Assist in the preparation of leases and other application forms Assist in unit inspections and building inspections Ensure collection and deposit of all resident payments Ensure all residency files are maintained accordingly Ensure all vacancies are prepared and leased in a timely manner Effectively represent the company in community activities with the property
