Job DescriptionResponsibilities:Assist Franchise owners in the development of their agencies and meet the established development schedule for agencies under development.Follow-up with Franchisees on project timeline and assist in coordinating with vendors.Assist Franchise Sales and Development Manager in maintaining the Franchise development Standards manual.Assist Franchise Sales and Development Manager in coordinating real estate visits.Assist Franchisees in understanding the LOI processCoordinate with Pronto's Legal department as neededDevelop and maintain mapping of potential sites on associated software products.Standardize and continuously improve trade site selection criteria.Identify and continuously develop data resources for analyzing trade area sales generators.Coordinate and manage the new agency development schedule keeping all parties advised of new agency critical dates.Coordinate and assist various members of the Pronto team in the site approval
