Calhoun County Medical Care Facility, a 120-resident Skilled Nursing Facility is seeking a full time Dietitian to join its team. This position will work as a team with the Chef Director to oversee all aspects of the kitchen and staff. The candidate must be a team member and have working expertise of all phases of dietary operations, and current expertise of regulations and procedures of the State of Michigan related specifically to longterm care facilities and background completing MDS assessments for residents. Must have the expertise to communicate effectively, analyze problems and create solutions. Qualifications: Must have current ServSafe Certification or willingness to get one. Must be a Registered Dietitian.
