Powertrain Model Integration Manager - (Auburn Hills, MI)
DUTIES: Lead powertrain integration for gas and diesel engines, drivelines, automatic and manual transmissions, and control modules. Responsible for program planning, development, and maintenance of master timing schedules, project risk assessments, change management, and project integration across the various functional departments. Support pilot builds and launches for current and next-generation products. Coordinate project timing across the enterprise and develop both virtual and physical property plans. Escalate issues and roadblocks promptly and drive issue resolution. Collect and monitor inputs for Engineering Research and Development (ER&D) spending and tooling and facilities investment. Develop and monitor engineering resources per approved spending plans. Provide program status updates to senior and executive leadership. QUALIFICATIONS: Masters degree in engineering required. seven years of background in the job described or in the related occupation of Controls or Integration Engineer required.
