Video Editor, Independent Expenditure Reports to: DCCC IE Deputy Digital Director Position description: For the 1st time ever, the DCCC IE is building an in-house digital department to run targeted advertising campaigns; create compelling digital-1st content; and deploy nimble rapid response programs across multiple on-line platforms.. We’re looking for someone with the creativity and drive to identify opportunities to make an impact through video and the skills to make it happen. Responsibilities Turn footage, b-roll, and original content into compelling video for digital ads and social media Pitch ideas that help us win back the House in 2018 - whether that’s capitalizing on the news cycle or telling an important story in a battleground district - and then make them happen Work with our creative team to carry the DCCC brand through to video platforms Help us mobilize and persuade voters by conceptualizing and creating effective on-line ads
