The Vice President of Inside Plant Fiber & Fiber Connectors Research and Development is accountable for the integrity of Engineering Systems relating to the “Lifecycle” of products under span of responsibility. This includes ensuring that engineering strategies, policies, processes, and systems are well defined and in place so that products designed and released for sale meet established design criteria, are reliable and meet Company’s high-quality standards. Ongoing product maintenance including upgrades, enhancements, cost reductions as well as the maintenance of documentation accuracy is also included as part of the product “Life-cycle”. Responsibilities Leads in motivating employees to high levels of performance and the creation and maintenance of an effective and harmonious working atmosphere. Fosters innovation and encourages collaboration between peers and other organizations.
