A Training Specialist is needed for a large utilities company in Raleigh, NC. This Training Specialist will provide instructional development services by developing job aids, participant and facilitator guides, quick references, and other training materials as needed. The ideal candidate will have an IT training experience, is experienced in all aspects of training development, and thrives in a high energy environment!
