This includes, without limitation, IP issues, litigation, employment matters, regulatory matters, compliance, and contract negotiation. A significant role is to both manage a legal and contracts team as well as individually contribute to support Sales teams for the resale of hardware, software, and services, including cloud computing subscriptions, of our 3rd-party business partners and suppliers. In addition, the General Counsel will support the sales of the Companys own expanding range of professional services offerings, which requires negotiation of teaming agreements, statements of work, and agreements with other prime or subcontractors.
