Unit Description Sodexo in partnership with the Cumberland School District is seeking an experienced Food Production Manager to oversee and grow our Sodexo programs with a focus on Front Of House operations for five schools in the district. The successful applicant will have a demonstrated background in culinary preparation and presentation with exceptional customer service. The Food Production manager will be responsible for the day to day food production process including implementation of Sodexo programs, ordering and inventory, managing shifts and food preparation. The ideal candidate for this position will also have strong emphasis on menu planning, production, and technical skills, knowledge of Sodexo Systems (Market connection, Primero Edge), Employee Culinary Training & Production Oversight, Catering Planning Production, background with FOH management, ordering and inventory, background with menu development, managing employee culinary training and development and previous culinary background.
