PURPOSE: Processes simple customer transactions in an efficient and accurate manner. KEY RESULTS AREAS: Customer relations Processes and balances transactions CRITICAL RESPONSIBILITIES Supports and promotes a professional workplace atmosphere and Bank sales and service culture. Processes customer transactions. Balances daily cash drawer. Responds to customer inquiries. Provides customer safe deposit access. Processes daily mail and deposit verification requests. OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES Performs other duties as requested. EDUCATION AND BACKGROUND High-school degree. Up to one-year customer service background, preferably in a cash handling environment.
