Accountant - (Logan, UT)

JOB DETAILS: Under the direction of the CFO and Controller, has assigned duties of accounts receivable, reconciliation of financial accounts involving the review of financial data and statistical customer records. Assist as needed in all areas of accounting. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Performs related bookkeeping and standard accounting functions. Creates customer invoices and reviews for accuracy to ensure correct accounting data. Verifies invoice/customer data placed into the system, generates receivable recap for Controller review. Works directly with Product Managers with regard to customer invoicing and communications. Requires good communication expertise for direct customer interface. Receive, post, and deposit as needed customer payments. Researches customer accounts to handle inquiries and follow up on late payments. Assist in defining, creating, and documenting accounting processes. Maintains fixed asset records. Reconciles bank and GL accounts.
