A Homeless Outreach Data Entry Coordinator is the personal advocate for homeless clients. They assist clients with navigating systems of care and accessing services and housing. The Homeless Outreach Data Entry Coordinator's most important role will be to type info into our database transcribed from paper documents. The data entry requires an eye for detail and the expertise to accurately and quickly type-up documents. The position is responsible for having accurate and up-to-date data that is easily accessible through a digital database. Specific Duties • Document all contacts and outcomes in the provided database • Transfer data from paper formats into digital formats • Transcribe data provided directly from clients and coordinators • Verify client data using company and government resources • Responsible for keeping all existing data up to date
