SR Infrastructure Engineer - (Windsor, CT)

SR. Infrastructure Engineer CC7658494 Contract Position Windsor, CT 06006 Duties: Work with the current Engineering team to implement large-scale Citrix XenDesktop and XenApp 6.x and 7.x infrastructure components, including but not limited to Storefront, Provisioning Services, Machine Creation Services, Desktop Studio, Director and App Layering/Unidesk. Interact with customers and peers via phone and email when required. Communicate effectively with customers and impress them with the expertise to deliver resolution or status according to published SLAs. Be able to communicate effectively with peers to ensure that technical issues are addressed in a timely manner. Consistently share problem/cause/resolution details, troubleshooting tips, white papers, best practices, case studies, training details, etc. Analyze the experiences of a user and implement solutions that consistently improve user background.
