Building and Safety Supervisor - (Logan, UT)

Position overview The Building and Safety Manager will oversee the safety and maintenance of the S&S headquarters and ensure that this property is in compliance with all applicable regulations including recommending and coordinating improvements to the property as needed to ensure a safe, functional, and appealing space. This position will also create and maintain all safety programs and compliance efforts for the Company, its personnel and the facility. Responsibilities Drafting and updating emergency plans and evacuation procedures Overseeing security, fire prevention, and other safety systems Scheduling regular building maintenance and janitorial services Overseeing the scheduled inspections of capital equipment Perform all planned vehicle inspections regularly in compliance with S&S policy and DOT regulations Contracting professionals for repairs as needed Overseeing contractors and inspecting completed jobs
