Department Supervisor in Training - (Oklahoma City, OK)

Our Department Supervisors play a critical role in our company's success. You will learn and perform all aspects and duties of the supervisor of the assigned department. While also learning to utilize strong leadership and communication expertise in the development, training and mentoring of distribution center teammates to achieve department objectives as well as their individual career goals at O'Reilly Auto Parts. Requirements: Good communication, leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills are a must Must be able to work together and well with others in a team environment Expertise to read and match numerical and alpha characters quickly and accurately Demonstrated expertise to manage multiple tasks at 1 time Basic technical skills High-school diploma or equivalent Exposure to WMS software is desired Automotive parts warehouse and/or branch store background is desired
