Community Manager (St. Michael's I, II) - (Rochester, NY)

IMMEDIATE OPENING - COMMUNITY MANAGER / Part time! NEW OPPORTUNITY for a part time (24-30 hours) Community Manager, to manage and oversee our apartment communities at St. Michael's Apartments in Rochester, NY. Successful applicants will have 2+ years' knowledge of and background in apartment management, preferably affordable housing. The Community Manager is responsible for all phases of the on-site operation of a property. Must be a self-starter who works well independently, is proactive and reliable, and enjoys making a positive difference in the lives of the residents. Excellent communication expertise, MSWord and Microsoft excel skills with some accounting background necessary. Expertise to multi-task projects with good time-management and management skills essential. Multilingual in English/Spanish is required!
