Manufacturing Supervisor ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE BUISNESS: CIRCOR Instrumentation LOCATION: Spartanburg, SC DIRECT REPORTING: VSM FUNCTIONAL REPORTING: Plant Manager POSITION INFORMATION Position overview The Value Stream Supervisor is a key member of the Value Stream team at CIRCOR Instrumentation. This position is responsible for supervising and coordinating production goals with other supervisors and operators in the manufacturing of products ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency by adhering to all environmental programs and quality systems. The Value Stream Supervisor manages local plant resources on the second shift to safely and economically meet CIRCOR's production needs with respect to volume, quality, on-time delivery, and cost. This position reports directly to the Value Stream Manager. Principal Activities * Plans operations for fabrication and assembly of products based on customer orders. * Leads a team of production and manufacturing direct reports by training, coaching and developing.
