Building Maintenance – Facility Team player As Facility Team player, you'll be able to combine your superior facility maintenance skills with your compassion for teens rescued from abuse and neglect. As a vital member of our dedicated team, your efforts in troubleshooting facility issues as they arise, conducting preventive maintenance, and performing routine repairs will ultimately impact the lives of the clients in our care. Must be available to work weekends when necessary or on emergency cases. Essential duties and assignments include but not limited to the following: Makes repairs and renovations within all buildings on our Campus. Projects include all aspects of ceilings, walls, floors, windows, furniture,doors and hardware. Performs general carpentry services, installs/builds shelves, cabinets and assembles / repairs desks, chairs and other furniture. Has background in hand and power tool use. Provides dry wall repair, patching, sanding, adn painting background.
