Systems Operator - (Holland, MI)

SUMMARY: Supports all customer service, production, material handling and quality activities to meet schedules and goals. Operates and maintains mechanical and electrical/electronic components of production machines and equipment such as metal turning machine tools, automatic test systems. laser marking systems, industrial controls, and material handling systems by performing the following duties. Promotes team effort and functions as a team player wherever needed. Reads and interprets blueprints for product and equipment for troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair requests. Interacts with system support technician and management to ascertain problems with equipment breakdown to determine if breakdown is due to human error or mechanical and/or electrical/electronic problems. Tests faulty equipment and applies hands-on ability and knowledge of functional operation of electronic units, industrial controls and mechanical units to diognose cause of malfunction.
