Senior Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative - (Vadnais Heights, MN)

Title: Senior Inside Sales Representative Reports to: Director of Sales Administration Summary: The Senior Inside Sales Representative provides internal support for the Business Development Manager to cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships with the intent to gain and maintain profitable business within the Medical and Industrial Markets. This position develops new and sustains current opportunities for existing customers under their assignment through strong customer relationships with the intent to gain and maintain profitable business. Duties/Assignments include but are not limited to: Work with the Business Development Manager to gain and maintain profitable opportunities that fit Innovize's business structure. Work unaided with assigned customers to sustain and gain profitable opportunities that fit Innovize's business structure. Develop a working expertise of Innovize's production capabilities.
