Artisan Bread Baker We operate a small yet high-quality bakery that services our 220 seat restaurant, Specialty Food Market, Seasonal Farmers Market booth and wholesale accounts. We are using natural leavening, slow rise and hand shaping for our breads. We also produce yeasted breads and rolls. After four years of creating and executing our own bread program we are developing our bakery to pursue potential expansion opportunities and seeking to bring people onto our team who share our passion, drive, and work ethic. This position is integral to the functionality of our growing bakery and will play a crucial role as we pursue expansion. Our Performance Expectations are: Exhibit a passion for baking using traditional methods Prepares ingredients and does set-up work - setting up boards screens, pans, and other equipment Works safely Keeps a clean and sanitary work area Completes basic orientation within 90 days of hire Attends and participate in department huddles and company huddles
