Primary Functions:---------------------- The Episys core platform from Symitar is the data processing system in current use at Mountain Credit Union. This is a product of the Jack Henry Company. Background with this core system is strongly preferred. Secures network by developing network access, monitoring, control, and evaluation; maintaining documentation. Prepares users by designing and conducting training programs; providing reference materials and support. Upgrades network by conferring with vendors; developing, testing, evaluating, and installing enhancements. Key functions:------------------ Evaluate and optimize network and system performance. Make needed upgrades and repairs to networks and ensure that systems are operating correctly. Implement system enhancements including software and hardware updates to improve the performance and reliability of the system.
