Shift Supervisor - (Clear Lake, IA)

We are currently seeking applicants for a Float Shift Supervisor for our ICF homes in Clear Lake . Duties of this position include, but not limited to: Coordinate and ensure that active treatment services are bieng provided to persons served by employees. Teach, supervise, and support persons served with activities of daily living and routines. Ensure the health, safety, rights, and welfare of persons served. Learn and be knowledgeable of the individual's strengths, abilities, needs, preferences, dislikes, and individual service plan. Administer medications in compliance with rules and regulations along with Village policy. Promote healthy relationships amongst and between staff and persons served. Education and Background Qualifications: High-school Education or GED with 2 verifiable background in supporting persons with disabilities, or BA degree in Human Services with 1 year verifiable background in supporting persons with disabilities.
