Medstar Ambulance is seeking to hire a Director of Operations - Clinical Services to join our growing and dynamic organization, now servicing Macomb, Wayne, Oakland, Lapeer, Genesee and Ingham counties. Will be responsible for the direction and oversight of all clinical services and related personnel, including: Leadership and direct accountability for operations personnel, clinical care, patient satisfaction, safety, productivity, innovation and team effectiveness Shared responsibility for operations managers and supervisors including effective daily utilization, professional development, leadership mentorship and succession planning Directly responsible for ambulance personnel, education and training departments, clinical quality and process improvement programs, and mobile health paramedic programs.
