ASSISTANT MANAGER CONROE, TX MUST HAVE one year APARTMENT MANAGER BACKGROUND $16/HR At Nolan Real Estate, our mission statement is simple: People 1st. The Assistant Manager position will assist in the financial and operational performance of the property by: * Rent Collections, to include posting of rents, reconciling account ledgers, and Eviction processing * Maximizing income by file compliance, monitoring and enforcing compliance with community policies and regulations - Completing and entering lease/renewal paperwork and other results data - A high-school education or equivalent is required * Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely and organized manner - Must be able to walk the property including climbing stairs Other Considerations * Background with Microsoft word, Ms excel, and Internet Explorer - Assisting pm with staff and vendor oversight, motivation, and development - Contributing to max occupancy - Onesite background desired
